THE DILEMMA OF FINANCIAL POLICY IN CHINA

At present, the authorities of People's Republic China are faced with a dilemma: either adjust monetary policy pursued by international organizations (IMF and World bank) or continue to support development real sector economy using direct financial maintenance. It is shown that in first case, PRC will better fit into global fi-nancial system paying for this decrease GDP growth rates. Under second op-tion, based on active state budgetary banking resources, China's economic rates expected be higher, but country not fully meet standards Western system. This limit ability realize benefits participating transactions deter transformation yuan world currency.
